Born and raised in Austintown, Ohio, Damian received his undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University before earning his law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. Since 1996, after serving a year as an assistant Mahoning County prosecutor, Damian founded Billak Law to focus on criminal and OVI/DUI defense, and he has successfully tried numerous jury trials in state and federal courts in Ohio.
